272°/270° racing cams for modified NA Toyota 1UZ-3UZ VVTi engines with 10.5:1+ compression ratio. Must have ITBs or free flowing intake manifold. Must have free flowing exhaust system. These cams suit engines revving to around 8000rpm. Cylinder head needs machining for clearance around bucket bores for high lift cam lobes. Requires valve spring upgrade and retainer to seal clearance modification. 0.040" smaller than OEM base circle diameter, 33mm base circle diameter. or free flowing intake manifold. Must have free flowing exhaust system. These cams suit engines revving to around 8000rpm. Please check piston to valve clearance, will require OEM piston valve pockets machined for extra clearance, or use of aftermarket racing pistons. Kelford Cams recommend KVS1UZ valve spring.
