Chevrolet LS Single-Bolt Camshafts
As the LS platform changed, Chevrolet moved a lot of engines like the LS3, L92, and L99 over to a single-bolt camshaft design. At Kelford Cams, we’ve built a specific range of performance profiles that use this factory mounting style. These are a great choice for late-model Camaro, Corvette, and truck owners who want more power without making the timing gear setup any more complicated than it needs to be.
Better Performance for Late-Model LS Engines
Our technicians designed these single-bolt profiles to play nicely with modern engine management systems. It doesn’t matter if you’re keeping the Variable Valve Timing (VVT) or doing a VVT-delete. These cams will give you a decent bump in airflow and combustion efficiency. We’ve focused on designs that make the most of the high-flow potential in modern rectangular-port LS heads. You’ll definitely feel the extra horsepower when you put your foot down.
