Our stage 2 racing camshafts are perfect for professionally built BMW Gen 1.5 B58 engines that make 750hp-1000hp. Designed for turbo sizing 62-72mm and are great with aftermarket intake plenums. You can still maintain full use of Valvetronic and Dual VANOS with these cams. If using an aftermarket throttle body, you can run Valvetronic locked in full open position.
Please note: a valve spring upgrade is required; Kelford Cams recommend valve springs KVS58-BT.
BMW has released these engines in several revisions, which we have named : Gen 1, Gen 1.5, and Gen 2 for simplicity.
If you’re unsure of the generation of your engine, please contact our sales team, and they will ensure you get the correct camshafts.
